These terms apply to any website design, build, or promotion service booked through Nadir Studios. By asking us to start work, you agree to these terms.
1. About us

2. Our services
We offer custom website design and build packages (Starter, Growth, Pro), an optional ongoing Care Plan, and an optional Amplify promotion service, as described on our Pricing page. The exact scope, page count, and features for your project are confirmed in your individual quote.
3. Quotes
After you contact us, we'll reply within one business day with a fixed quote based on what you've told us. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing, and may change if the project scope changes significantly after work begins.
4. Getting started & payment
A deposit is required before design work begins; the remaining balance is due before your site is published live. Payment is currently arranged directly between us — by bank transfer or invoice — rather than through this website. We'll confirm payment details when we send your quote.
5. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included depends on your package, as listed on the Pricing page. Additional revisions beyond what's included can be arranged for an extra fee.
6. Your responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, we'll need you to provide requested content (text, photos, logo, feedback) within a reasonable time. Delays on your side may push back the launch date.
7. Ownership
Until your project is paid in full, the design and code remain our property. Once final payment clears, the finished website, its design files, and — if purchased through us — your domain become entirely yours, with no ongoing licence fee required to keep it live.
8. Refunds
- Full refund if you cancel before design work begins.
- Once your site is published live to your requested domain, you have 24 hours to request a full refund.
- After that 24-hour window, the build is considered delivered and accepted, and refunds are no longer available for the build itself.
- Care Plan payments are refunded on a prorated basis for unused days if you cancel.
9. Cancellation by us
We may decline or step away from a project — for example if we're not the right fit, or we can't reach agreement on scope. If that happens before work begins, you'll receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
10. Liability
We'll do our best work, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes — like a certain amount of traffic, calls, or sales — from a website or promotion service, since these depend on many things outside our control. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us for that service. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the update.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
