Refund policy
Full refund of your deposit if you cancel before design begins. Once your site is published live to your requested domain, you have 24 hours to request a full refund. After that 24-hour window, all sales are final — the site and its build cost are yours to keep. Ongoing Care Plan payments are refundable on a prorated basis for unused days if you cancel.

Most Starter and Growth sites launch in 2–3 weeks from our first call. Pro builds with a store or custom copy usually take 3–4 weeks. Priority queue is available on the Pro plan for a 10-day turnaround.
Yes, 100%. Once your final payment clears, the site, its design files and your domain (if purchased through us) are entirely yours. No lock-in, no monthly "rent" required to keep it live — the Care Plan is optional.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin design. Once your site is published live to your requested domain, you have a 24-hour window to request a full refund. After 24 hours post-launch, the build is considered delivered and accepted, and refunds are no longer available.
Absolutely. We offer full redesigns and migrations that preserve your existing domain, email and search rankings while modernizing everything else.
No — we can register a new domain on your behalf as part of any package, or connect one you already own. Either way, the domain is registered in your name, not ours.
